Netherlands defeats Croatia and finishes the qualification as the only undefeated team.
The Netherlands confirmed its condition as a favourite when they defeated Croatia by 0 to 13, in a practical and easy match for the champions. The match, with a difference of more than 10 runs, ended in the 7th inning.
The Dutch players opened the scoreboard scoring 3 runs in the 1st and 2nd inning. This, combiend with the great job of the starting pitcher, Kenneth Berkenbosch, who, in 5 innings conceded a couple of hits and eliminated 5 rivals in order to win and this made the scoreboard in favor of the Dutch team.
